Super 25 Poll: Week One

While there were no changes in the top three positions of the Super 25, we saw several teams drop from the top ten and several team drop completely out, giving way to some new faces in the poll recognizing the top teams in the state of South Carolina regardless of classification, the SUPER 25.

THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE
Dutch Fork, South Pointe, and Fort Dorchester are exactly who we thought they would be. All three cruised to fairly easy wins over their opponetns. While Independence (NC) is not exactly a powerhouse, Northwestern and Dorman are each good football teams so are solid wins for the Stallions and Patriots respectively.

MOVING UP THE POLL
Spring Valley moved up after pummelling Fort Mill. The Vikings hybrid flex-bone attack was fluid with the play of quarterback Quincy Hill and the defense playe lights out.

NEW FACES
Conway jumps into the top ten at NO. 10 after a solid win over Georgetown. It wasn't so much the opponent as it was us getting a look at the talent we already knew this team had. They have at least 12 players starting who will be playing on Saturdays at at least the FCS level.

Also new in the poll is Greer, South Aiken, and BHP.
